I've been involved in fitness most of my life and always concerned with living a healthy lifestyle. I graduated with my chiropractic degree in 1995 and have had my own private practice since then. I've been a group fitness instructor since 2000 and a personal trainer for 5 years. I've been involved in natural body building for over 30 years. I competed in my first body building competition last summer at 51 years of age, proving that age is just a number. Living the healthy fit life style makes you (almost) ageless. I love immersing myself in fitness and absolutely love teaching others and training others to help their body be the best that it can be. Being a chiropractor helps me to see the body from a perspective that understands the body's limitations and how to work around those limitations. I've worked with 18 year olds and 90 year olds and enjoy figuring out how to help them achieve their goals within their limitations and beyond if it's safe and agreeable to them.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba toning® is a class where the dance continues while we infuse toning and sculpting moves to define the muscles. We use Zumba toning® sticks or light weights that help you focus on specific muscle groups so you and your muscles stay engaged. The maraca like toning sticks enhance a sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body. Resistance training made fun.
Booty Blast and Core
A class that focuses on working the hips thighs and abdomen to reshape and strengthen these areas of the body.
A relaxing stretch class for most abilities where various stretches are performed that release tension from the muscles and help to induce a deep state of relaxation. Special attention is paid to the hips, low back and other spinal muscles.
